An event team was managing vendors through fragmented, labour-heavy steps while operational and attendee data lived in separate places.
That created two problems. Staff spent too much time moving information between tools, and organisers could not see attendee activity clearly enough during the event or explain it afterwards.
What EventBinder provided
EventBinder built a platform that connected the work before, during, and after the event:
- Stallholder applications and approval
- Payments and day-to-day records
- QR-based activity data
- Live attendance and crowd information
- The final event analysis and report
The value came from joining these parts. A vendor record created before the event remained useful to the operating team, while live activity data could feed the same reporting process instead of becoming another isolated export.
What the system was designed to improve
The system was designed to reduce repeated data entry and make the state of the event easier to see. The team could follow the work from application through payment and delivery, then use the same records for review and partner reports.
This is the kind of project where buying several capable tools can still leave the core problem unsolved. The missing piece is often the workflow between them.
