An exam system has a fixed operational deadline. It must be ready when the examination period begins, and it must handle a large volume of papers without losing track of status, responsibility, or exceptions.
The operating problem
The university needed a system covering more than 30 examinations and 6,000 papers. The delivery team had 50 days to make it ready for university staff to test. EventBinder's founder, Kenta Ng, led the nine-person delivery team.
