Organisers were handling vendor applications, payment, check-in and reporting as separate jobs.

One operating system for online applications, payment, QR check-in, attendance figures and post-event reports.

UAT DELIVERY / UNIVERSITY EXAMINATIONS

An examination system prepared for user testing in 50 days.

The need
The project had a fixed deadline and covered more than 30 examinations and over 6,000 papers.
EventBinder's role
EventBinder's founder led a nine-person delivery team that brought the system to user acceptance testing in 50 days.

Data infrastructure for knee-health AI research.

The need
Researchers needed consistent collection, preparation and storage of participant data for knee-osteoarthritis and gait analysis.
EventBinder's role
The participant-facing application, data pipelines and supporting infrastructure, prepared for documented handover.

RESEARCH ANALYSIS / EV CHARGING

Charging records used to identify capacity pressure.

The need
Raw charging records did not directly show busy periods, differences between districts or where future capacity may be needed.
EventBinder's role
A Hong Kong research analysis covering usage by time and location, charging duration and district-level demand. This was research, not a public charging service.

Secure communication design for campus robots.

The need
Autonomous robots needed to exchange instructions and status while operating in a live university environment.
